Instructions:
- Cook the couscous according to package directions.
- While the couscous is cooking, stir fry chicken breast on medium-high heat in a 12-in skillet with Light Caesar dressing.
- When chicken is no longer pink, add chopped peppers (and whatever other veggies you would like).
- Reduce heat and cover, simmering about 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken and peppers on couscous, or as a side!
